To expand upon our successful & profitable operations flourishing for the past 3 years, iCall is looking to appoint Business Partners for the US, UK, Europe & Middle East Market during. We are seeking partnerships with small-medium companies / individuals who have business contacts and experience in selling BPO/ KPO/ Call Center solutions in local markets. We are keen to look at new Business Partners and engage them in a mutually beneficial and long-term relationship with iCall.
 
Our partners should have a good knowledge of the local market for the Service Offerings of iCall in their city / region and should be able to effectively sell the Offshore BPO/ KPO/ Call Center Services of iCall to small-medium firms, product companies, large corporates, government and educational institutions. They should be able to leverage their existing relationships to open doors and set up initial meetings with decision makers in key organizations and institutes. Partners would also assist iCall in successfully completing the Pre-sales / Sales and Delivery activities of the assignment, depending on the degree of partnership.
 
Depending on the degree of shared responsibilities and revenue sharing, we offer 3 types of Partnership Programs:

P iCall Associate (iA)
P iCall Partner (iP)
 
1 iCall Referral Partner (iRP)
  This program is intended for Individual Entrepreneurs, Freelance Consultants & other professionals who refer iCall to their contacts with a potential outsourcing opportunity.
2 iCall Associate (iA)
  An iCall Associate could be a small Consulting Firm / Individual Entrepreneur, looking to offer value-added outsourcing services to its current clientele by means of partnering with a proven and trusted outsourcing company like iCall. iCall, with its established world-class infrastructure (Ahmedabad – India) and domain consultants in various fields, offer the most profitable partnership opportunity in the long run. As an iCall Associate, you would be expected to participate actively in Pre-sales – Sales – Contract phases of the assignment and ensure successful completion of the sale. We could also look at providing discounted billing rates to an AA, which can be leveraged as gross profits.
3 iCall Partner (iP)
  An iCall Partner is an extension of an iCall Associate in the sense that, an iP would be actively involved in Account Management, Project Management activities of the engagement. An iP would also be involved in generating more projects from the same account and will have quarterly revenue targets.
