Infrastructure, Retailing and ITES. |

initiatives, leading large teams of diverse skill sets and implementing

| Manish Mathur, our Center Manager for India
operations, has more than 17 years of diverse industry experience
spanning key positions in the FMCG, Banking Industry, Satellite
communication and BPO (Voice, Non-voice & Back office). His last 7 years
of experience has been in managing BPO operations (migration to service
delivery) and outsourced processes for US/ Canada/ UK industry sectors
such as Technology, Catalogue Centers, Retail, Airlines, Healthcare,
Logistics, Telecom and Financial Services. Manish has also acquired an
in depth understanding of the various requirements, technology, people,
skills/ skill-sets, ERP’s that are required to optimize business
processes of the clients as they relate to outsourcing. |
